Any of the above conditions may affect the success of our ability to perform your requested treatment or service. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities, high blood pressure, or heart condition or if you are taking any medication. Please be aware that if you have high blood pressure, or a heart condition services that involve the application of heat are not advised.
Please be considerate of other Spa guests and turn off your cell phones and pagers
when entering the Spa.
We love your children and grandchildren, but unfortunately our facilities cannot accommodate them. Cimarron Day Spa is a place of relaxation for all clients. Please make other arrangements for your children while you are at the Spa. Spa services are available to children with parental permission.
For the comfort of all our clients, Cimarron Day Spa is a smoke-free environment.
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. If you must reschedule or cancel, kindly contact our Spa reception desk 4 hours in advance for individual treatments and 24 hours for multiple treatments and/or packages to avoid charges.
Treatment prices do not include gratuities. Therefore, an 18% service charge will be
added to all Spa Packages.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept personal checks and cash. Our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Unopened & undamaged product returns must be accompanied with
the receipt within 30 days.
